ONA has been awarded another specialised marine scope covering heavy lift and marine transportation of high value project equipment for the Rio Tinto Amrun Project in Weipa, QLD. The services provided will be managed from our Perth office and include marine lift and engineering review with execution oversight in Henderson, WA and in Weipa, QLD.
The Reclaimer and Ship Loader modules are assembled and tested in Henderson before HLV transportation to Weipa (See Video). Award of this scope is further recognition of our engineering know-how and ONA’s unique ability to offer and implement innovative high level risk management strategies.
