ONA recently provided JH143 Risk Assessment of Echo Yachts, for an underwriter. The scope covered the launch of the luxury motor vessel from the Echo Yachts yard in Henderson WA. ONA was able to draw on our past experience with such shipyard work in combination with our heavy lift and docking capabilities to offer truly unique risk management of this prestigious project.
The yard has no slip facilities large enough, so the vessel was shifted with the support of lift cradles by SPMT trailers and launched from the adjacent BAY slipway. A movie of the process is shown following:
